Nestled in the heart of St. Jerome’s University at the University of Waterloo, the Louis Hall Graduate Student Residence offers eight private suites for grad students. The community-oriented shared kitchen and living room spaces encourage students to get to know each other while enjoying the privacy of a personal suite. Suites are available to any graduate student or post-doctoral fellow studying at the University of Waterloo.
Private suites offer a bedroom, sitting room and three-piece bathroom. They are fully furnished with a double bed, dresser and closet, desk & chair, and lounge furniture. The suites are ideal for single occupancy but can accommodate a student living with their partner.
Students can use the shared residential-style kitchen to prepare their meals. An optional declining balance meal plan at the SJU Community Centre is available. The meal plan is provided through Dana Hospitality, a food service provider known for their emphasis on food sustainability, locally sourced ingredients, freshness, quality, and delicious taste.
Built to support a sense of living in community, Louis Hall has a generous-sized living room and kitchen. These shared spaces are perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and other students living in the building.
Laundry machines are provided in the building and are included in residence fees.
Utilities, including wifi, and regular cleaning of common spaces are included in the fees.
One parking spot per suite is available for $235.60 per term.
