High quality ingredients are integral to great food preparation. We source from local Canadian producers, greenhouse growers and dedicated farmers who meet our high standards. Those ingredients, combined with menus customized daily, ensure the best possible taste experience.
Our blend of local sourcing, culinary craftsmanship and inherently healthy menu choices allow our guests to feel absolutely confident in their meal selection. Our chefs just can’t help but create food that inspires our guests with food that is worth staying for.

Meal Plans
At St. Jerome’s University your full all-inclusive meal plan includes up to 19 meals a week to ensure you unlimited eating for the entire school year. That means that whether you are a hearty eater or prefer light choices, you will find plenty to fill your plate at every meal and you don’t have to worry about keeping track of a declining balance or trips to the grocery store.
The mouth-watering made from scratch selections make your meal hall among the most popular gathering places on campus. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks Monday through Friday; brunch and dinner on the weekends.

Outstanding food, great selection and amazing service are what our students can expect every day. Our points of service provide…
  • Breakfast – Farm fresh Ontario eggs and specials custom made at the grill

HealthWise Choices
Healthier options are clearly identified so you can make informed decisions about the food you eat.
The Buttery
Need a snack? Cramming for exams and don’t want to leave your comfort zone? The Buttery is our newest service, offered to St. Jerome's University residents. Incorporating snack nights with that at-home pantry flair, The Buttery is a mentor monitored, self-service outlet provided for residents only.
Our self-serve Buttery is open in the evenings (Monday to Thursday) between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. during the Fall and Winter terms. Students are encouraged to drop by with floor-mates and enjoy a nutritious snack and get involved in the interactive cooking classes.
