Graduating Student Awards
Graduating Student Award nominations are now OPEN!

Each year, multiple St. Jerome's University graduating students are recognized for academic excellence and contributions to student life and community-building. Nominations are submitted by the SJU community. A student requires only one nomination using the "Nominate Now" form below to be considered for all of the Graduating Student Awards - the Zach Ralston Award, the University Life Award, and the Community Contribution Award.

The nomination deadline for 2024 Graduating Student Awards is February 16, 2024. We look forward to celebrating our recipients at our 2024 Graduation Ceremony and Green and Gold Gala events.

Zach Ralston Award

The Zach Ralston Award recognizes academic excellence and contributions to the student life and community-building at St. Jerome's University.  Service outside of campus to local, hometown, national, and international communities may also be considered.

The Zach Ralston Award is awarded to a student in the calendar year of his/her undergraduate convocation.  It is normally awarded to a St. Jerome's academically registered student; however, when a suitable candidate cannot be found within the academic community, consideration may be given to any student with an identifiable connection to the St. Jerome's community (i.e. resident or member of faith community).  Normally, only one award is presented per calendar year; however, up to two awards may be presented to equally deserving candidates.
