St. Jerome's University's Department of Italian and French Studies invites you to attend an online lecture featuring Italian feminist writer and poet Sibilla Aleramo and her book Una donna. 

Aleramo is known for her autobiographical depictions of life as a woman in the late 19th-century Italy. Associate Professor, Modern Languages and Literature, Cristina Caracchini, PhD from Western University will be speaking about Aleramo's book Una donna between literature and life, at 1:00 p.m. ET.
