Policy Statement
 
St. Jerome’s University adopts University of Waterloo Policy 71, Student Discipline.
 
Notwithstanding the paragraph regarding St. Jerome’s University in University of Waterloo Policy 71, Student Discipline, all student discipline matters are handled under that policy.
 
The academic discipline procedure and the guidelines/frameworks for assessment outlined in Policy 71 shall be followed at St. Jerome’s University.
 
Notes:
  1. In cases involving students registered at St. Jerome’s University, all references to Associate Dean in Policy 71 refer to the Associate Dean at St. Jerome’s University. As appropriate, the St. Jerome’s University Associate Dean and the Associate Dean of another faculty will jointly decide which Associate Dean will handle a case involving a St. Jerome’s University registered student.
  2. In cases involving students registered at St. Jerome’s University, all references to Vice-President, Academic and Provost in Policy 71 refer to the Vice President Academic and Dean at St. Jerome’s University.
