On December 6th, the University of Waterloo, in partnership with the Canadian Federation of University Women Kitchener-Waterloo, will host an annual ceremony of remembrance to honour the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.

Please join in person or watch online to reflect on and honour the lives of 14 young women who lost their lives at Polytechnique Montréal on December 6, 1989, and to take action against gender-based violence faced by those who identify as women.

The event takes place on the second floor of the University of Waterloo's Engineering 7 building on campus.
