International and Out-of-Province Move-In

The Fall term move-in day for students living in St. Jerome's University residence will be taking place on August 31, 2019. If you are an international or out-of-province student who requires an earlier move-in date due to training, orientation, long distance travel (out-of-province or country), sport training camps, or due to other extenuating circumstances, please complete and submit an Early Move-In Request form. Early move-ins will be taking place on August 29th and 30th.
Please note that when completing the Early Move-in Request form:
•Supporting documentation must be attached to this form.
•The residence facility and Food Services will not be in full operation until the official move in day for the term.
•There is no additional fee for an early move-in date.
•You will be held to the guidelines and expectations outlined in the Residence Policy Handbook while you are living in residence
