SJU Graduates and their guests who missed the registration deadline on Monday, May 16, 2022 to confirm their participation, may reach out to event organizers directly at SJUGrad2022@sju.ca.
St. Jerome's University will be following COVID-19 protocols to support the safety of everyone attending this event.
Wearing a mask is mandatory.
At this point, proof of vaccination will not be required, but if the situation changes it may become necessary to bring back requirements for proof of vaccination on short notice. We continue to strongly recommend that all participants at Graduation Ceremony have a full course of vaccination, including third or fourth doses when eligible. They should also ensure that they have access to their proof of vaccination and QR code, if vaccinated in a region that provides one. Graduates and their Guests will be asked to show their proof of vaccination if this situation changes.
The link to the live stream option will be provided to Graduates in advance of the event date.
